Information you choose to provide
The contact form stores the name, email address or phone number, vehicle, and help request that you submit so FSA can respond. Do not submit payment information, passwords, government IDs, or other sensitive information.
Affiliate click records
When a valid active retailer redirect is requested, the site stores only the event type, UTC event time, offer ID, product ID, and merchant ID. The click-event table does not store IP addresses, user agents, cookies, referrers, email addresses, account IDs, payment details, cart state, checkout status, or the affiliate destination URL.
Rental partner handoff
The DiscoverCars.com link is a direct external link rather than an embedded widget. FMPR does not add contact details or rental-search data to the URL. A visitor’s browser may send ordinary referring-page information under its own policy. After the visitor leaves FMPR, the partner’s privacy policy, cookie controls, and data practices apply.
Publisher application handoff
The affiliate-application referral is also a direct external link. FMPR does not collect or submit the applicant's name, email, website, tax, payment, or program information. Those details are entered directly on the external DiscoverCars.com application and are governed by its terms and privacy practices.
Accounts and administration
Owner sign-in uses Manus authentication for the private catalog-management area. Authentication data is handled by the platform. Public shoppers do not need an account to browse products or guides.
Retention and access
Contact records and operational click totals should be reviewed and removed when no longer needed. Only authorized administrators can access the owner catalog, contact requests, and click reporting.
